• Catch a Pomegranate for You •   It's unfortunate that blood oranges are in season during winter because this juice is so cooling and refreshing and just thinking of drinking it on a warm summer day makes me smile. Although, it works very well after a tough tennis session during winter too.  it's simply just a mix of: • freshly squeezed blood oranges • pomegranate seeds • grated fresh ginger  This was served with ice cubes.  This recipe is dedicated to my love for blood oranges.

  • Matcha Cappuccino •   I'm a matcha addict. I love it in ice creams, smoothies, baking and above all - warm drinks. Matcha tea, matcha latte and matcha cappuccinos; so gorgeously green and good.  Here's a cappuccino that easily can be made as a latte by just using more water.  Make it by: • whisk 1 dl (or 2,5 dl if you want a latte) water with 1-2 teaspoons matcha powder in a saucepan on low heat • this is then added to 1 dl skimmed milk, I have used an oat milk from the Swedish brand Oatly. Their coffee milk is called iKaffe • if you like it sweet add agave, honey or coconut sugar for example
